december views: light
This past weekend was pure magic and magic like that is hard to put into words. It just feels like light… both in lack of weight and luminous intensity. All I can say is Elizabeth & Christine rocked my world to the very core and they have described the weekend with much more eloquence than I could ever muster, so I’m just going to direct you their way. What they do fail to mention, however, is they were the catalysts to me booking a plane ticket to England for new year’s eve to meet a certain someone. And that is worth its weight in gold. I can hardly contain my excitement!
Side note: For instant joy, may I recommend stringing some white lights around your house? Guaranteed to lift your spirits this holiday season.
you go girl!
can’t wait to see ya
{hugs}
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, loving the fairy lights
YOU are the one that is sparkling and lighting everything up 🙂
i continue to think you rule sister, every time i read a post here. huzzah for a trip to the UK for new years…i think the only way i’m going to get into the holiday spirit is to break out the fairy lights, stat. xo
absolutely breathtaking!
oh well i would say that they were your own magic fairy lights 😉 am so happy for you!! yay yay yay!!
and since no-one is coming to this frozen tundra to sprinkle fairy dust on me, i might have to put up even more fairy lights than i already have, hmmmm … the question will be will i go overboard and cross that line into too much!
It all looks so enchanting! It’s very inspiring, and I might just have to go and get some lights up around my house. 🙂
These pictures are so beautiful!
And I agree: garlands of little lights warm up the heart!
I want to hear more about the New Year’s plans… would love to catch-up!
gorgeous!!!!
I love the Christmas Tree bokeh in the top shot!
Your photos are wonderful. I’ve started adding that warm glow to my little place. I think I’ll go out and get some more white lights tonight. You can never have too many fairy lights.
