france – part 1

+ bread, croissant, danish, pain au chocolat, baguette – you name it, we ate it
+ 20 pounds of cheese (at least)
+ a field of poppies is as amazing as you would imagine it to be (crossing it off the bucket list)
+ hot baths under the stars
+ napping on a blanket under a tree
+ cooking on fire
+ long bike rides with baguettes tucked in the back rack – quintessentially french
+ morning skinny dips
+ going to the river with lanterns for a midnight swim and marshmallow roast
+ falling asleep to the sound of rain on the tent
+ peaches galore
+ three rolls of film (more photos to come)
+ sunshine

Just the idea of such incredible luxuriant possibilities makes me all misty. Can only imagine what actually living it must be………sooooo happy you were able to do such things. Something like this is going to have to go on my bucket list!
