Things are chicken oriental over here, folks. Busy with work and epic wedding preparations (t minus 54 days – eeeeeeeeeek). I haven’t picked up a pen in weeks and my camera has been sitting on the shelf, collecting dust, since its return from Brussels. But I did manage to take some time to answer a few questions over at Gypsy Mind this week. I am so thrilled to be part of her Q&A series.
I’m heading to France this Sunday to camp in a field by a river for a week and I can’t wait. I intend to do nothing but take a gagillion photos, read books by oil lamp in the bathtub under the stars, eat a croissant a day, swim every afternoon and maybe even roast a marshmallow or two (teach these Britts how to make a proper S’more). Perhaps I will finally get a taste of summer?
A bientôt mes amis!

I’m thrilled to have you! *hugs*
Don’t they have S’mores in Britain? That is stuff they need to know! Pronto! I hope you have a fantastic time. 🙂
Oooo. S’mores! Yum. Sounds like a grand time….have fun!
I definitely like this bit –
“Are you working on a particular project right now?
I’m writing a book proposal about the serendipitous encounter and subsequent marriage of a British boy and a Canadian girl. I figure I was lucky enough to be handed this love story and it is my duty to write about it.”
