got a rope and summit*
I have a massive mountain of things to do before I leave for London next week and I know that I will eventually make it to the summit and the view will be fabulous, but sometimes don’t you just wish you could be on top of things already? (the gods are having a good laugh at my expense right now because anyone who is anyone knows that nobody ever gets on top of things because as soon as you do, more things come along).
So today, I give you photos from my most recent roll of film. It’s random. It’s colorful. It’s oh-so-autumnal. And it’s a reminder that even when it feels like I am twirling in hurricane force winds, it’s important to slow down every now and then, because the views are pretty effin’ awesome at sea level too.
“Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going too fast – you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.” – Eddie Cantor

As I was scrolling through your pics, I was trying to find a theme, and I thought — maybe the theme is colorful miscellany. Lo and behold, I got it! 🙂 Lovely shots.
