good bye england, hello spain

I wish I had words to properly describe how I feel, what I´ve seen and where I´ve been over this past week, but I am lost in a world of wonder.   I fell in love with England and this beautiful soul in particular.  There is so much I want to say about my time with Susannah but it will have to wait, because I fear I wouldn´t do it justice right now.

All I can say is that I am totally blissed out.  England was so good to me and I was sad to leave this morning.  But it is 16 degrees and sunny in the south of Spain and a whole new adventure awaits… time for tapas and wine.

I’m so glad you’re having such an amazing time thus far. I just know I would fall head over heels in love with London. It’s on my list of places to visit, soon and very soon. And Polaroids! It still makes my heart hurt that they aren’t making film for them anymore.

    xoxo

I know what it is like to love a place that is not home. Part of our hearts in my family are found in a little fishing village found on the northern coast of Florida. There is not a day that goes by without us talking about living there. I believe that there are places that a little part of our souls are left. Not every place does this to you, but you know when it happens.
    Pretty pictures!

I wish I was in my traveling shoes, and I wish it was spring. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! Is that the hotline to the Queen? Their phone booths have such a charm and dignity to them.

I discovered you “by accident” (which, of course, probably means the oposite) a while back, looking for photos of the plateau Mont-Royal on Google image to show my Italian the hometown I’m missing more and more… and one specific photo lead me to your former blog: I got lost in the story of the bird lady on the bus, the lazy balcony evenings tales, sad stories of breaking up…. and fabulous photos! I recently “found” you again in my bookmarks, thankfully, and went for a walk in your earlier postings. Lovely! We have a lot in common (like, the pet peeves: OMG, people who yap during movies! On their cells on the bus! People who chew loudly… qui sapent!!), and I found myself laughing, smiling, crying, sighing along….
Watch out for the charming boys in Italy: I removed my engagement ring last week… a long colourful story, and a difficult decision. I met him on my second trip over there… let me know if you have questions about that gorgeous country. I’ve been writing diaries since I was 13 or so, but my recent addiction to Facebook and “choice finds” blogs like yours are making me think of switching from paper to keyboard… and I love to take photos more and more: I have tons of questions to ask about the camera(s) you’re using!

    Bonne route, Sophie 🙂

Hello there. Wow, just wow! You have an amazing talent that many people do not have. I, as well as the girl above me, have stumbled across your beautiful photos on accident. But i am very glad to have. You are my new inspiration. I also have a passion for photography. I recently go the camera of my dreams. Well i don’t want to waste your time. I think you and your talent are amazing.

    Have a nice day!
    Love, Alicia 🙂
